Tennessee’s first restaurant to specialize in pancakes, the Pancake Pantry is a must-visit for breakfast while in the area. They have been serving their specialty pancakes for more than 60 years. The restaurant began when Jim and June Gerding moved to Gatlinburg after vacationing there for years and opened the restaurant with a brand new concept – a focus on pancakes. There is often a line to get in the door, their breakfast is so good.
