At the Mountain Farm Museum, you will find a collection of farm buildings, including a log farmhouse, barn, springhouse, apple house and working blacksmith shop. Most structures were completed in the late 19th century. Be sure to check out the Davis House, a log cabin built from chestnut before a blight destroyed the American Chestnuts in the local forest.
