The trail at Big Rock Dude Ranch is about three-and-half miles long and their horses have great temperaments. They hold a Gilliham and Associates Number One Rating for Safety, so even the least experienced rider can enjoy a leisurely horseback ride through the forest. This is a great way to recharge and reconnect as a couple. The ride is about an hour and packages are available which include gem mining, corn for the petting zoo and even fishing. All packages include a donation to the National Arbor Day Foundation. If their rates are a little high, Jayell Ranch offers a lower-price ride that is also an hour on one of their trails.
